Pico 250 celebrates America’s 250th anniversary and the birth year of the Parrot Republic in one proudly absurd image. Pico stands at the center of the declaration - wings raised, shielded in patriotic symbolism, and fully committed to the bit. It feels less like a portrait than a proclamation.

This work belongs to the Parrot Republic collection and marks a celebratory milestone in the Pico series. It is a playful civic emblem, part parade banner, part parrot mythology, and entirely on brand.
